As a very early adopter of digital dictation that helped its supplier develop the product, Lewis Silkin now finds that the system it uses is well-tailored to its needs. “The system we have does everything we want it to do,” says Ian Durant, IT manager at Lewis Silkin. “A lot of the functionality vendors have added recently leaves me wondering how much we are going to use it. On the other hand, in the last release they added the ability to phone a piece of dictation in, which is fantastic.”
