Herbert Smith has hired respected Paris real estate partner Pierre Popesco along with six associates from Paris firm Lefevre Pelletier & Associes to launch a French-law property practice.
Popesco, a Lefevre partner since 1994, is regarded as one of the firm’s leading lawyers and will join as the 18th partner in Herbert Smith’s local branch next month, alongside a team of six associates.
