Philips has announced the release of an enhancement to the professional document creation platform SpeechMagic, enabling for the first time adequate speech recognition in Citrix environments.
The company says that the deployment of speech recognition and digital dictation applications from Citrix servers will be a key factor in more efficient documentation workflow. It will also enable the centralisation of IT administration and bring critical speech recognition features such as automatic learning and acoustic adaption.
