Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham has raided Pinsent Masons’ US ally, Thelen Reid & Priest, to secure the co-heads of the firm’s private equity practice.
The Pittsburgh-based firm has hired New York duo Willie Dennis and Robert Matlin, who served as co-chairs of private equity and venture capital at Thelen Reid.
