O’Melveny & Myers has given its pension fund a multi-million dollar boost this month, after the sale of the Los Angeles giant’s HQ netted the firm a chunk of a $250m (£141m) pay-off.

The 26-storey building, based at 400 S Hope Street, was sold this month (14 September) to New York developer Tishman Speyer for $250m, with O’Melveny currently contracted to occupy 350,000 square feet for the next decade.
