Baker & McKenzie has strengthened its New York office with the hire of partners from White & Case and Troutman Sanders.
The Chicago firm, which is expected to recruit some Manhattan lawyers from disintegrating Coudert Brothers, has hired White & Case securitisation partner Laurence Pettit and corporate lawyer Martin Weisberg from Troutman.
