Pubs sell-off keeps duo of firms merry

Addleshaw Goddard and Taylor Wessing have acted on Admiral Taverns’ £69.8m acquisition of 253 pubs from Avebury Taverns, as the consolidation in the pub sector continues to generate work for UK firms.

Admiral has more than doubled its portfolio via the deal, bringing the number of pubs it owns to more than 500.
