The firm, which is also in the process of implementing the Elite Apex CRM system, Aim Teamflow and Interwoven, is attempting to unify its network of offices in a bid to encourage cross office departmental cooperation and offer a seamless services to clients regardless of location.

Head of IT Marcus Shepherd said of the move: “Increasingly we aim to bring in systems that will enable our network of offices to function more effectively as one overall unit. The critical factor for DDS was whether the application transferred voice efficiently enough to support a centralised server set-up across five sites.”
