Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has secured a coveted place on Barclays’ main panel as the banking giant last week unveiled its eagerly-awaited new panel.

The news is a major boost to Freshfields, which has been pushing hard for a place on the new roster, having narrowly lost out in the previous review two years ago.
