Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has set up a public affairs practice in Germany – becoming the first major law firm in the country to launch a dedicated lobbying/policy monitoring group.
The practice was installed in Freshfields’ Berlin office last month headed up by partners Wolf Friedrich Spieth and Thomas Luebbig, respectively specialists in regulatory and competition law.
