DLA Piper sets sights on EY Law Europe's CIS network

DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary is in talks to take over EY Law Europe’s four CIS offices – as it looks to beef up its presence in the region.

The firm said the bid to acquire EY Law’s 100-lawyer CIS network followed an agreement to improve its capability in Eastern Europe in the wake of the merger between the UK’s DLA and American practice Piper Rudnick and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, which went live in January.
