Macfarlanes has advised Kleinwort Capital on the £104.5m sale of information technology provider Vivista to SunGard Data Systems. Corporate partner Simon Perry led the Macfarlanes team while Allen & Overy corporate partner Jeremy Parr represented SunGard.
