Clyde & Co advised software company ANT on its £11m flotation on AIM, which boosted its capitalisation to more than £30m. Corporate finance partner Catherine Moss led the team for Clydes.

Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham advised Telit Communications on the £23m admission of its shares to AIM. Corporate partner Jeremy Landau led the Kirkpatrick team acting for the mobile communications company, while broker Seymour Pierce was advised by Memery Crystal.
