Wragges scoops rail franchise tender

Wragge & Co has beaten a string of rivals to scoop its first instruction from MTR Laing Railway on the company’s bid for the lucrative new Thameslink/Great Northern franchise.

The Birmingham giant is understood to have won out in a competitive tender that included bids from one magic circle firm and at least one national firm.
