The Law Society has drafted in Eversheds to defend it from a £1m discrimination claim just months after Chancery Lane won a second appeal in its long-running battle with former vice president Kamlesh Bahl.

The society has instructed Cardiff-based Eversheds HR partner Audrey Williams alongside Nicholas Underhill QC of Fountain Court Chambers and Matrix Chambers’ Tom Kibling.
