Slaughters seals $3bn Reuters deal

Slaughter and May has scored the lead advisory role on a landmark outsourcing deal between news and financial information giant Reuters and BT Group.

Slaughters acted for regular client Reuters on the $3bn (£1.56bn) deal. BT was advised largely in-house, with Link-laters providing additional advice for the UK telecoms giant.
