Pittsburgh giant Reed Smith is to launch in Germany after securing an eight-lawyer Munich team from Ernst & Young’s tied practice Luther Menold.
The US firm will open the office, its first in continental Europe, on 1 May, with the hire of Luther Menold finance partner Stefan Kugler and corporate partner Michael Fischer along with a team of two of counsel and four associates.
