Top Australian firms Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) and Blake Dawson Waldron are taking the lead roles on mining giant BHP Billiton’s A$9.2bn (£3.8bn) takeover bid for uranium miner WMC Resources.
The deal, the largest cash takeover bid in Australian corporate history, sees BHP offer A$7.85 (£3.24) per share for WMC.
