Latham hires Herbies partner for City litigation push

Latham & Watkins has hired a senior lawyer to boost its newly-launched City litigation practice with the hire of Herbert Smith partner Robert Volterra.

Volterra – a partner with Herbert Smith since 2001 – was previously head of public international law at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
