Stephenson Harwood has advised Gulf International Bank BSC of Bahrain on the $155m (£83m) financing of a Liquefied Natural Gas tanker. The vessel is a joint venture company formed by Oman Shipping Company and Mitsui O.S.K Lines. Senior associate Sheila Obhrai, who was assisted by shipping litigation partner, Tony Concagh, led the deal. US firm Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle acted for Oman and Mitsui.
