Boston VC leader votes to dissolve

Boston firm Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault is to dissolve following a partner vote, signalling the end of one of the US’ best-known venture capital and technology law firms.

At a meeting held this morning (14 January), partners reached a decision to wind up the 200-lawyer firm.
