Senior Paris-based Simmons & Simmons private equity partner Colin Millar has quit for the local arm of London rival SJ Berwin.
Millar, a partner with Simmons since 1994, started in his new role on 3 January, becoming the 11th partner in SJ Berwin’s Paris office.
