Haarmanns brushes off Werhahn claim

Germany’s Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner has emerged victorious from a multi-million euro negligence claim launched against it by former client Wer-hahn Group.

The claim, one of the largest negligence claims ever directed at a European law firm, related to the German independent’s advice on a disposal by Werhahn’s Markische-Bau Union (MBU) division in 2001.
