Eversheds has boosted its north of England healthcare practice after winning a confederation of 13 NHS trusts as new clients.
The national giant pitched against Mills & Reeve, DLA, Pinsents, Ward Hadaway and Dickinson Dees to win the tender to advise the trusts on all their legal work, apart from clinical negligence, alongside incumbent advisers, Harrogate- based Hempsons. The appointment has also attracted attention for the unusual nature of the tender, with the 13 trusts teaming up for the pitch.
