NGJ and Kirkpartick tie the Knot

The partners at Nicholson Graham & Jones (NGJ) and Kirkpatrick & Lockhart have voted to go ahead with their merger.

The vote, which had been widely expected to push the merger through, sees the creation of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham from 1 January, 2005. The new firm will have 10 offices through the US as well as NGJ’s City hub.
