City duo complete £2bn regeneration deal

Ashurst and Norton Rose have advised on a groundbreaking funding deal for the £2bn White City regeneration project in west London.

Ashurst advised long-term client Chelsfield on the deal, which marks the largest single open real estate fund investment in the UK, with Norton Rose advising Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft (CGI), the real estate subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
