Weil Gotshal & Manges has ended its long-running search for a senior private equity lawyer hire by bagging ex-Travers Smith Braithwaite partner Mark Soundy.
Soundy, who will join the New York firm’s London arm on Monday (6 September), left Travers after 17 years in June this year seeking a career break.
