Barlow Lyde & Gilbert (BLG) has hired the head of corporate from Denton Wilde Sapte’s Hong Kong office. Stephen Wozencroft becomes head of BLG’s local corporate practice when he joins the office as its eighth partner. The hire follows Dentons’ decision this year to pull the plug on its entire Asian network, closing offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing and Tokyo.
