Philadelphia’s leading law firm Dechert is moving out of the traditional business district to take advantage of tax breaks outside the city centre.
Dechert, headquartered in the Bell Atlantic Tower in the heart of the city, is the first major Philadelphia firm to relocate to a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ), underused sites with 10-year tax break incentive for developers and tenants.
