Lovells finalises debut £150m deal for Aviva

Lovells has closed its first major deal for Aviva Group advising on the £150m sale of a number of properties to Land Trillium Securities (LST).

The top 10 London firm, which has previously only advised Aviva on some insurance work in the past, beat a raft of firms to scoop the project after an informal tender process this time last year.
