Benelux giant NautaDutilh has hired senior Clifford Chance (CC) partner Charles van Sasse van Ysselt as head of its Brussels competition practice.
Dutch-born Van Ysselt, who had been a partner at CC since 1998, headed the firm’s Brussels-based Dutch competition and trade practice in Brussels before moving to NautaDutilh. His departure after 24 years with the firm leaves CC with eight partners in Brussels.
