Wilmer Cutler & Pickering has followed up its surprise merger with Hale and Dorr by taking the global head of litigation from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
The Washington DC firm has hired Kevin McCarthy, formerly managing director and litigation chief at the investment banking giant, as a partner in its New York securities and litigation practice.
