Dickinson Dees and Trowers close social housing PFI first

Dickinson Dees and Trowers & Hamlins have advised on the first social housing project to utilise the Private Finance Initiative (PFI).

The project was undertaken by Selby District Council, advised by Newcastle-based Dickinson Dees, and the South York-shire Housing Association, advised by a team led by projects partner Ian Graham at London-based housing specialists Trowers.
