The Diary has heard of some great excuses from PRs for refusing to comment upon a story – but to blame a lack of response on a flame-engulfed office is certainly new to us.
It transpires that staff at Kysen PR were busy ignoring a fire alarm practice last week when huge clouds of black smoke began emerging from the office basement.
