CC vote backs partner expulsion policy

Clifford Chance (CC) has voted through a new hard-line partner termination policy in a move intended to streamline the magic circle firm’s partner expulsion system.

The new system hands the firm’s partnership council the power to remove partners without resorting to a firm-wide vote.
