The City office of US-based law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges has closed two major European securitisation deals to the value of £1bn within the space of one week.
London securitisation partner Jacky Kelly advised French bank BNP Paribas on the structuring and issue of $1bn (£530m) worth of notes secured by a portfolio of asset-backed securities issued by financial institutions, companies and investors.
