New York’s Proskauer Rose has launched a new branch in Boston after a triple-partner raid on local firm Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault.
The 600-lawyer firm has hired partners Steven Bauer, Joseph Capraro and Daniel Bernstein to launch the base. Bauer and Capraro join as partners with Bernstein moving over as senior counsel.
