Clyde hires Couderts projects partner

Shipping specialist Clyde & Co has made a rare lateral hire after taking on Coudert partner James Varanese as a partner in its projects and finance group.

Varanese, who is a US-qualified attorney, has already joined Clyde’s London headquarters after transferring from Coudert’s Almaty branch in Kazakhstan.
