McGrigors has advised Babcock & Brown Operating Partnership on the acquisition and sale of the rights to build two offshore wind farms, having impressed the client while working opposite it on deals.
Babcock approached McGrigors to advise on the buy-out of its 50% joint venture (JV) partner in the Scottish wind farm, the defunct power supplier TXU Europe Group, from its administrator Ernst & Young.
