SJ Berwin faces triple partner defection

SJ Berwin has been hit by a triple partner defection, with private equity specialist John Daghlian, property partner Sally Pinkerton and EU competition lawyer Tom Usher all moving to non-London rivals.

Daghlian, whose clients include Apax and Coller Capital, is joining the London arm of O’Melveny & Myers in the coming months.
