Bradford-based legal IT specialist Eclipse Legal Systems has revealed a number of new features which will appear in the next version of its ProClaim Case Management software.
The new version, which will be rolled out to over 3,000 users early next year, will include a new risk management system that includes the ability to assign priority levels to case tasks and automatically escalate them, the ability to ‘drag and drop’ messages from Outlook to ProClaim and the ability to drag and drop files and images into case histories.
