Berwins wins Pantheon as client after merger advice

SJ Berwin has won private equity house Pantheon as a new client after advising on its merger with US house Russell Investment Group to create a £4.5bn private equity giant.

The deal places SJ Berwin in a strong position to advise the merged entity on UK deals.
