Allen & Overy (A&O) has bolstered its US practice with the hire of a senior in-house lawyer as a partner to advise on project finance.
Robert Kartheiser becomes the 25th partner in A&O’s 100-lawyer New York arm after leaving his position as vice president of development at power company Sithe Energies to join the UK firm’s project finance group.
