Lloyds TSB: Carol Seargeant, the FSA’s managing director of risk and regulatory processes, is set to join Lloyds TSB as their chief risk officer in February 2004. Her new employer has already been the subject of a £2.9m fine by her previous employers.
JP Morgan: Investment bank JP Morgan has made two hires for its in-house legal department, appointing Credit Agricole solicitor Patrick Palmer and Simmons & Simmons barrister Alex McKenna to the equity derivatives team. Both lawyers will join on 10 November, with Palmer becoming vice-president and McKenna becoming an associate in the group.
