Van Doorne seals major Dutch merger

Amsterdam’s Van Doorne has sealed a deal to merge with the former Dutch arm of Landwell – creating one of the largest national firms in The Netherlands.

Van Doorne announced the merger on Tuesday (18 November) in a deal that will bring together the 115-lawyer Dutch independent firm and the 100-lawyer former Landwell ally.
