Norton Rose hires five-partner Paris team

Norton Rose has hired five partners from independent 18-partner French firm Sokolow Dunaud Mercadier & Carreras in a major boost to the UK firm’s Paris arm.

The 11-lawyer team, which is being headed by name partner Jean-Francois Mercadier, specialises in corporate finance and M&A.
