Two partners depart from Pinsents in Birmingham

Two more senior lawyers have left Pinsents’ Birmingham arm with commercial partner Jeremy Parkin last month joining local firm The Wilkes Partnership and litigation partner Raymond Joyce setting up his own practice.

Parkin, a former in-house lawyer at manufacturer Massey Ferguson/AGCO and a salaried partner at the firm since 1999, advised technology firm Delphi, engineering group Mayflower and shipping company Maersk while at Pinsents.
