Linklaters closes £752m retail fund

Linklaters acted for all five institutional investors on the creation of a e1.1bn (£752m) retail real estate fund following a recommendation from the transaction’s financial adviser JP Morgan.

The City firm was chosen to advise the fund – known as the Sierra Fund – on fundraising issues, creation of the joint venture and real estate and development matters.
