Macchi builds up national practice with Bologna boutique takeover

Macchi de Cellere Gangemi has secured the takeover deal of a corporate boutique securing the Rome firm a branch in Bologna.

The tie-up between the 55-lawyer Macchi and seven-lawyer Borghesi Morara Venturoli was effective from 1 October, with each of the three name partners becoming partners in the combined firm.
