Addleshaw Goddard has pledged to put international expansion on hold in a bid to push through post-merger practice integration and bolster the combined firm’s revenue growth.

The firm, which was formed this year by the merger of Addleshaw Booth & Co and Theodore Goddard (TG) on 1 May, aims to increase its practice by 60% during the next five years, but says it will not open any bases outside of London, Leeds and Manchester.
